Jennifer Freed PhD, MFT, and Rendy Freedman, MFT, are the founders and co-directors of AHA!

Jennifer Freed

They bring over 40 years of combined experience working with young people. Rendy Freedman was the founder of a private school in Santa Barbara, California, and Jennifer Freed was the director of a statewide media project for teenagers, which was highly acclaimed on national television. Dr. Freed’s doctoral disseration was on teenage girls and sexual behavior and why so many girls are
more reckless and less thoughtful about sex at young ages.
Both are licensed family therapists, psychology professors, and trained mediators.
